I offer a range of different options for coaching conversations with nature as well as workshops
Coaching
• Single coaching sessions of 90 minutes in a location of your choice
• Package of 6 x 90 minute sessions – locations can be different for each session – you choose
• Daughter of the Wild – price dependent on location. This full day will be held in hotel grounds (or similar) with lunch provided. This is an opportunity to fully explore who you are, your future intentions and how to navigate any barriers along the way. You will leave the day invigorated, inspired and with a clear outline of your next steps.
Echoes of the Earth Workshop – full day – price will be dependent on location. Are you over 50, unclear about what you want to do in the future, feel lost but know in your heart there is so much more to explore and experience? Do those first steps feel daunting? This is a soul searching workshop to share your dreams and concerns with others. A day of discovery, creativity, connectedness and belonging. It will ignite your passions and leave you with a renewed purpose and vision for your future life. Workshops will be held in either a blue space (near water) or green space (near trees or fields)
Introduction to Journaling to support your coaching sessions – half-day. I encourage coaching clients to journal on a regular basis as part of their coaching journey. Feedback suggests that guidance on journaling would be helpful. We will look at how you can journal – some might prefer to write, others draw or a combination of the two. The workshop will look at the use of journaling prompts, different types of journaling and how journaling can help your mental wellbeing as well as capturing your aspirations, worries and future plans. You do not have to be one of my coaching clients to attend this workshop.
I am conscious that not everyone is in a position to access either coaching or workshops. I offer a small number of free coaching sessions and one free place on each workshop to enable those who would otherwise not have the opportunity to participate to do so. Please get in touch.
